This seminar will consist of five economic experiments followed by discussions. Topics will include some or all of the following: auctions, externalities and public goods, bargaining, coordination games and social preferences. Students will have the opportunity to earn a small stipend based on successful participation in class experiments. Financial incentives encourage students to take the experiments seriously, improving the results and enhancing the learning experience.
