This seminar raises the following questions: What is leadership? What characterizes leadership? Why is leadership important? Who wants to become a leader? Why should someone want to become a leader? What does it take to become a leader if you really want to become a leader? What are the chances of becoming a leader if you really want to become a leader? What do beginning leaders do? The seminar employs concepts and practices associated with leadership.
Professor Naftaly Glasman, Education, has taught Educational Leadership, Educational Evaluation and School Finance. His major areas of research include teacher and budget evaluation and the school principalship.
