Description:
This seminar will use literary and archeological evidence to reconstruct both
the practical aspects and the symbolic connotations surrounding nutrition
and cookery in Ancient Greece and Rome.
Professor Dorota Dutsch, Classics, is an classicist interested in history of ideas. Her primary field of research is ancient theatre.
